SAES Getters, based in Milan, Italy, is a multinational company with leading getter technology, and holds over 80% international market share. Nanjing Huadong Electronics Group Co.Ltd (HDEG) is one of the Chinese large-scale key enterprises in China Electronics Industry. Nanjing SAES Huadong Vacuum Material Co. Ltd. (SHV, the former Nanjing Huadong Electronics Vacuum Materials Co., Ltd.), established on the basis of technology and equipment introduced and imported from SAES, is a joint venture by SAES and HDEG specialized in getter manufacturing and R&D.
