    Features and Applications

    Vacuum Insulation Plate (VIP) is a kind of thermal insulation material, and the thermal conductivity is generally only about 1/4 of the conventional thermal insulation material. The thickness of the vacuum insulation plate is thin, generally below 20mm. Excellent thermal insulation properties and very thin thickness make vacuum insulation panels an ideal insulation material. In today's green environmental protection and energy saving policy, its application range is very wide, can be applied to refrigerators, cold storage, refrigerated containers, medical incubators, aerospace, construction and other fields.

    The thermal insulation efficiency of the Vacuum Insulation Plate is related to the vacuum degree in the plate, the core material and the performance of the skin material, etc., and the GETTERS is the key material to maintain the internal vacuum and ultra-low thermal conductivity of the VIP . After years of research and development, our company can provide C, CCO and CB three series of solutions. This series has following advantages: no need for activation, high sorption speed at room temperature and have large sorption capacity.

    Caution

    ●The aluminum-plastic sealed bag of the packaged product should be opened as much as possible before sealing to shorten its exposure to the atmosphere. Exposure to the atmosphere for more than 15 minutes will significantly affect its inspiratory performance.
    ●The product contains corrosive substances, should avoid inhalation, direct skin contact, eye contact with its filled inhalation material, must wear dust filter masks, rubber gloves, dust glasses and other personal labor protection equipment.
    ●CB series products contain active materials, which can react with air and water vapor, and after contact with a large amount of water, hydrogen will be released, which may cause fire
    ●When discarding products, the products must be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, and then disposed of in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations after all the active materials are weathered.
